Structural features
*Iron core
The iron core is suitable for cold rlled silicon steel sheet with high permeability magnetic crystal drawing orientation.The iron core is a core type iron core,the all-inclined joint type iron core,the iron core column is a multi-step round cutting surface,and the yoke and the iron core are equal cutting surface.
*Winding
The windings are concentric coils,and the high voltage windings have taps required for the tapping voltage,which are led to the tap changer.The switch is installed on the box cover,and the tap voltage can be changed after the power supply is cut off.
*Safety protection device
The transformer is equipped with gas relay;
The transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve;
*Oil protection device
The transformer is equipped with an oil storage tank,one end of which is equipped with an oil level gauge;
A moisture absorber with oil seal should be installed on the transformer olstorage cabinet;
*Oil temperature measuring device
The transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer tube base,which is located on the top of the fuel tank.Reach 120±10mm into the oil; 1000kVA and above transformers are equipped with outdoor signal thermometers;
*Transformer tank and accessories
The transformer is generally not supplied to the car,and the welding position of the bottom bracket should meet the requirements of GB6451-1999.The lower wall of the fuel tank is equipped with an oilsample valve,and the lower part of the transformer oil tank is equipped with an oil discharge valve large enough.
