    Structural features
    *Core  iron
    The core is made of high magnetic permeability and high-quality grain oriented cold bonded silicon steel sheet,45°general step joint, the core is made of special square tube pull plate structure,the core column is bound with insulation tape,and the surface of the core is coated with special resin to prevent rust prevention,which effectively reduces no-load loss,no-load current and core noise.
    Safe,fire retardant,no pollution,can be installed directly in the load center.
    Maintenance-free,easy  installation,low  overalloperating  cost.
    Good moisture-proof performance,it can operate normally under 100%humidity,and can be put into operation without pre-drying after shutdown.
    Low  loss,low  local discharge,low  noise,strong  heat  dissipation capacity,equipped with a  perfect temperature  protection  and control system,to provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the transformer.
    High reliability.According to the operation study of the products that have been put into operation,the reliability index of the products has reached the international advanced level.
    *Foil   coil
    The  low  voltage winding  is  made  of  whole  copper foil,together with  F  grade  turn  insulation,on  a  special  low  voltage  foil  winding machine.The foil coil solves the outstanding problems of low voltage and high current coil winding,such as large short circuit stress, unbalanced ampere-turns,poor heat dissipation effect,spiral winding Angle and unstable welding quality.At the same time,the end of the winding of our company is sealed with resin,solidified and formed to prevent lake and pollution.
    *Temperature control device
    The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer,and the temperature measuring element is buried in the upper part of the low- voltage coil,which can automaticallydetect and return to display the respective working humidity of the three-phase coil.And it has ultra high temperature alarm and tripping function.
    *Voltage  conversion
    The  connection  piece  can  realize  the  conversion  of  10kV  and  20kV  voltage  in  different  gears,which  is  suitable  for  the  voltage requirements of 10kV and 20kV system respectively.
