    Scope of application
    S11-M-30-2500/10 (20) KV fully sealed oil immersed transformer is suitable for power systems with AC 50HZ, rated working voltage of 10KV, 2oKV and below. It is used as a distribution transformer in enterprises such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry, and places with high dust content.

    Structural features

    * Iron core
    The iron core is made of high permeability grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheets. The iron core is a core type iron core, with a fully inclined seam and a selective accumulation type iron core. The iron core column has a multi-stage stepped circular cross-section,and the iron yoke and iron core have an equal cross-section.

    * Winding
    The winding adopts corrugated oil duct, non immersion paint process, and is bound with tightening tape; The windings are all concentric coils: The high-voltage winding has taps corresponding to the tapping voltage requirements, which are led to the tapping switch. The switch is instaled on the box cover and can achieve voltage transfer of 10KV and 2oKV after cutting off the power supply, as well as changing the tapping voltage.

    * Safety protection device
    30~2oookvA transformer is equipped with pressure relief valve;Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user needs;

    * Oil temperature measurement device
    Transformers are equipped with tube holders for glass thermometers, which are located at the top of the oil tank and extend 120 ±10mm into the oil; 1000-2oooKVA transformers are equipped with outdoor signal thermometers;

    * Transformer tank
    The transformer tank is composed of corrugated walls, and the surface is sprayed with dust and the paint film is firm. The corrugated heat sink not only has a cooling function, but also has a "breathing" function, and the elasticity of the corrugated heat sink can compensate for the change in transformer oil volume caused by temperature rises and falls. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil storage cabinet, which reduces the overall height of the transformer;
    The transformer is packaged using a vacuum oil injection process, which completely removes moisture from the transformer and prevents the transformer oil from coming into contact with air. Effectively preventing the invasion of oxygen and moisture into transformers, which may lead to a decrease in transformer insulation performance and aging of transformer oil, therefore, oil sample
    tests are conducted irregularly;
