    Transformer
    The intelligent integrated substation uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10, and S11 series transformers. Resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers can also be used. A trolley can be installed at the bottom to facilitate the entry and exit of the transformer.


    High pressure side
    The high voltage of intelligent integrated substation generally adopts load switch-fuse combination electrical protection. After one phase of the fuse is blown, the three phases are linked to trip. The load switch is available in compressed air, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride and other types. It can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism to achieve automatic upgrade; the fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with a striker, reliable action, and large breaking capacity. The main technical parameters are shown in the table below. For transformers above 800k VA, vacuum circuit breakers such as QCE4, QCE2, and QCE1 can be used for protection.


    Low pressure side
    The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts a universal or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection; the outgoing line switch adopts a new type of molded case switch with a small size and short arcing, and can reach up to 30 circuits; the intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device has two switching modes of contactor and contactless for users to choose.

    Installation, use and maintenance

    In the installation, acceptance, handover test, operation and maintenance of intelligent integrated substation, in addition to the various regulations required by the power department, pay attention to the following matters:
    ◆ When receiving the goods, users should carefully inspect them according to relevant regulations. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be stored in appropriate places according to normal use conditions.
    ◆ The product should be lifted from the bottom by a special hoist, as shown in Figure 2.
    ◆ The product is placed horizontally on the pre-made foundation, and then the gap between the product base and the foundation is sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room, and the high and low voltage cables are connected through the bottom sealing plates of the high and low voltage rooms.
    ◆ After the product is installed in place, reliable grounding should be done; the two main grounding terminals on the channel steel of the power station base, the neutral point and shell of the transformer, and the pile head of the lightning arrester should be grounded separately by the installation department. All grounding should share a set of grounding devices, whose grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms, and there should be no less than two grounding leads from the grounding grid to this product.
    ◆ After the product is installed or repaired, the following items should be inspected and tested before commissioning:
    ◇Is the substation clean;
    ◇Is the operating mechanism flexible;
    ◇Is the switching of the main electrical appliances flexible and reliable;
    ◇Is the switching of the auxiliary contacts of the electrical appliances reliable and accurate;
    ◇Is the operation of the meters and relays accurate;
    ◇Is the ratio and wiring polarity of the instruments and transformers correct;
    ◇Are all electrical installation nuts tightened and the installation firm and reliable;
    ◇Is the busbar connection good? Are its supporting insulators and clamps installed reliably;
    ◇Does the setting value of the electrical appliances meet the requirements? Are the fuse core specifications correct;
    ◇Does the contacts of the main circuit and auxiliary circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram;

    ◆Maintenance
    ◇All components in the product are maintained according to their respective technical requirements:
    ◇If the selected transformer is oil-immersed, an oil sample analysis and inspection should be carried out at least once a year as required;
    ◇After 20 load-carrying or 2,000 no-load opening and closing operations, the high-voltage side switchgear in operation should be checked for contact conditions and the degree of loss of the arc extinguishing device. If any abnormality is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
    ◇After the low-voltage switchgear automatically trips, the cause of the tripping should be checked and analyzed, and it can only be put into operation again after the fault is eliminated;
    ◇The lightning arrester should be subjected to a preventive test once a year before the arrival of the thunderstorm season;
    *The product is accompanied by a packing list, a certificate of conformity, an installation and use manual, an electrical wiring diagram, and the manuals of the main components and equipment used in this product, key operating tools, and spare parts provided in accordance with the agreement.
